Everyone at #TeamGPP hopes this newsletter finds you and your loved ones happy and healthy. Congratulations on completing our first full month under distancing.

Collected here are brief updates and links for points of interest (Ergonomic tips, exercises) that you may appreciate.

Thank you to everyone for your continued support, we look forward to slowly getting into clinical life again. Although there are no specifics as yet, and a modified / reduced opening is a moving target, we are constructing a healthy, rational, risk averse PLAN for when the authorities deem it is in the community’s best interest. In the meantime, Gastown Physio & Pilates, Gastown Massage Therapy, and City Hall Massage Therapy remain closed. - but their new web-pages are open to look at now! See the links at the top of this page.

Our Virtual Physio Portal (covered under Health Benefits) has been very popular. Melina Mirzaei remains a member of our Physio Team even though she has relocated to the Island. She is available for Women’s Health Consults (think: New Moms) and Physio advice. Christian Kubas, Marina MacDougall, Jeannette Lim, and Mark Borslein are also available for Physio advice, exercise prescription, and ergonomic tips.

Mark Borslein has been consulting with many people the past few weeks with complaints related to their ergonomics at home. Several people with back and shoulder pain have immediately improved after a little advice. Here, he’s contributed several blogs that hopefully trigger some insight if you have been experiencing aches while working at home.
